Who is responsible

Earnsela is a product and trading name of Adjoavi Lifestyle Ltd, company number 16052993, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 11 Leicester Road, Mountsorrel, Loughborough, England, LE12 7AJ. The company is the controller for enquiries and for website processing whose purposes it determines. Contact legal@earnsela.com for privacy questions, rights requests and complaints.

What this website processes

This marketing site has no account registration, document upload or server-side enquiry form. The pay example and plan toggle run in your browser. Values entered into the example are not sent by our application code to a server or stored for later use. Do not enter identifying information in the example.

Your browser necessarily sends technical connection data, such as IP address, request details, browser information and access time, to hosting infrastructure to load the site. The current review site is delivered by the Sites platform and its Cloudflare infrastructure. Its private-access gate has a separate ChatGPT sign-in process and provider privacy terms. This is distinct from creating an Earnsela beta account.

If you choose an email link on the Contact page, your email application opens. Sending is your choice. We then receive your email address, message, headers and any attachments you send through our email provider. Please omit payslips, bank details, identity documents and sensitive information from an early-access enquiry.

Why information is used and the lawful basis

Technical delivery, proportionate security and troubleshooting are assessed under legitimate interests in operating a reliable website, subject to necessity and a balancing assessment. Responding to requested information may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, or based on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. Legal obligations apply where a specific law requires records or disclosure.

An early-access or support enquiry is not newsletter consent. No newsletter sign-up or advertising profile is implemented on this marketing website. We do not infer consent from reading a notice or accepting service terms. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made by this marketing site.

Cookies, fonts and your device

Our marketing code does not use cookies, localStorage, IndexedDB, advertising pixels, analytics tools or third-party embeds. The interactive example is temporary in-page state. Inter and Space Grotesk font files are hosted with the site; loading the page does not call a font provider.

Infrastructure and the private-access sign-in gate may use their own essential access or security storage. Those technologies need a deployment-level inventory; the absence of tracking in our own code does not mean that no infrastructure processing occurs. The beta uses separate account and workspace storage described in the cookies and device storage review.

Recipients and international processing

Website hosting and email providers may process information to deliver the website or correspondence; appropriately authorised support personnel may handle enquiries. Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities or courts where legally required or justified. We do not sell work records, and employers or authorities do not automatically receive information through this marketing page.

Supplier legal entities, processing locations, contracts and any restricted-transfer safeguards remain to be confirmed in the supplier register before general launch. No UK-only residency, completed transfer assessment or certification is claimed. A final notice must name the applicable adequacy mechanism or contractual safeguards and explain how to obtain a copy. Ask legal@earnsela.com for the current review status.

Retention and security

Temporary calculator and toggle values disappear when you reload or leave; our code does not save them. Correspondence must be retained only while needed to respond, follow up on your request, resolve a complaint or meet a specific legal requirement. The amount and sensitivity of information, the purpose, the state of the enquiry and applicable legal obligations determine the period; a justified operational deletion schedule is still required before general launch.

Hosting/email log and backup retention depends on verified provider settings and must be included in the final schedule. We do not impose employer payroll-retention rules on every individual record merely because Earnsela concerns pay. Account and work-record deletion are separate processes explained in the beta privacy review.

No system can guarantee absolute security. Supplier and access controls, secure handling of enquiries and an incident-response process must be verified operationally. Please contact us without including passwords or authentication tokens if you suspect an issue.

Your rights and objections

Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time. These rights do not depend on subscribing.

Contact legal@earnsela.com. Requests are normally handled within one month, subject to applicable rules on identity checks, clarification and lawful extensions. Verification should be proportionate and secure. You can complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ without first completing our process. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may not be able to reply without a return contact.

Children, linked services and changes

The intended beta audience is UK adults aged 18 and over; the marketing site does not offer a children’s account service. The beta and external resources have separate terms and notices. We will date material changes and provide appropriate notice before a new use of personal information. Changing this page does not itself obtain consent for a new purpose.
