Your own view of your work.
Keep the hours and documents that matter to you, alongside the records your workplace provides.
You put the hours in. Have a clearer picture of what comes back.
Meet Earnsela. A place to record your shifts, make sense of your pay and keep your work records together.
Built around employees, agency workers and changing hours.
Your week, looking clearer.
Illustrative sample data · Gross pay before deductions
A clearer picture. From shift to payday.
A WORKING LIFE, BETTER RECORDED
Changing shifts shouldn’t mean scattered records. Earnsela is being built to bring the details together, so you can see where you stand.
THE DETAILS THAT ADD UP
Clock in and out, add a missed shift and keep track of breaks. Build your own picture of the time you worked.
A CLEARER PAYDAY
Compare a payslip with your recorded work. A difference is a prompt to check the details, including the pay period, breaks and agreed rate.
THE STORY BEHIND THE NUMBERS
Keep contracts, payslips and shift details organised. When you need to ask a question about pay, have the supporting information to hand.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WORKING LIFE
Whether your week follows a pattern or changes every time, your record of it should be easy to follow.
Keep the hours and documents that matter to you, alongside the records your workplace provides.
Different shifts, workplaces and pay periods can be hard to follow. Bring your own records together.
Build a picture of the shifts you worked and the pay you expect, one week at a time.
A LITTLE CLARITY IN PRACTICE
Try a simple gross-pay example. A useful starting point for a conversation about your pay.
This illustration uses hours × hourly rate. It excludes tax, National Insurance, pension contributions, overtime premiums, holiday pay and other adjustments. It doesn’t check legal entitlements.
YOUR RECORD. ON YOUR TERMS.
No employer account is required to try Earnsela. You decide what to record and what to share with others.

Choose Essentials to organise your hours, entered pay figures, holiday balance and documents, with straightforward weekly or monthly totals. Choose Clarity to upload up to ten new payslips each subscription month, get explanations linked to your work records and compare two paydays. Holiday tracking is included in both.
Essentials shows your hours and estimated pay for a selected week or month. The planned Clarity comparison brings two paydays together and explains changes using the hours, rates and records you entered. For example, review why this month’s gross pay differs from last month’s. Gross pay is pay before deductions. Assisted checks and explanations are not live in the beta.
The planned Clarity allowance is ten successfully completed new payslip checks per subscription month, including when you pay annually. Opening a saved result again does not use another check, and failed technical attempts do not count. Unused checks do not roll over. No extra charge is made automatically; file and page limits must be disclosed before paid launch. This allowance is not active while analysis and payments are disabled.
Track holiday hours earned, booked and taken, with your own remaining balance. Earned-hours estimates are available for eligible irregular-hours and part-year workers. For other working patterns, enter a verified balance and updates. Holiday records are personal estimates, not employer approval or a complete holiday-pay calculation.
No. A difference is something to review. For example, if you record 38 paid hours and a payslip shows 35, the three-hour difference needs checking against dates, breaks, rates and the original documents. Gross pay means pay before tax and other deductions; it is different from the amount arriving in your bank account.
Yes. The planned Essentials allowance is three invoices per month; Clarity has no monthly count limit for ordinary individual use. These are tools for your own work when an invoice is appropriate. The beta supports GBP, non-VAT documents and hours-and-pay statements. Creating an invoice does not determine employment status or prove payment.
Earnsela is currently in private beta for selected testers. You can explore the test app with sample data, or email us to ask about joining. General availability has not yet been announced.
No. Earnsela is designed around your own work records. You do not need an employer account to try the beta.
The planned commercial service has two paid plans: Essentials and Clarity. There is no permanent free plan or promotional free trial. The invited sample-data beta is separate controlled testing; payments remain disabled, and testers are not automatically charged or converted.
Please use sample data only in the current beta. Workspace records start in your browser. Optional cloud recovery and shift sync can be enabled, but other records are not continuously merged across devices. Don’t rely on the beta as the only copy of your records. Read the testing guide before getting started.
A difference needs checking. Pay periods, unpaid breaks, rates and adjustments can affect a comparison. Earnsela is being built to help organise records and explain differences. It does not determine a legal claim or replace professional advice.
The current beta runs in your web browser. An App Store, Google Play or TestFlight release is not available through this website.
