AI and automated analysis

Version 2026-10-31 · Legal review edition 8 · Last reviewed 31 October 2026

Beta policy review · not approved for general or paid launch. These review documents do not activate a paid plan or certify compliance. Outstanding operational checks remain.

Availability and product boundaries

A proposed plan allowance is not evidence that AI processing is enabled. Features must be marked available only after supplier, privacy, security, accuracy and operational checks. A paid release must state what analysis is included, its supported inputs, limits and known exclusions. Manual calculations and comparisons remain separate from generative output.

Inputs, outputs and human review

Inputs can include a document and the shifts/rates you choose to compare. Outputs may include extracted fields, comparison totals, explanations and suggested questions. Extraction and generated language can be incomplete or wrong, and similar outputs may be produced for others. Review amounts, pay periods and rates against the original before relying on or sharing them.

A tool cannot determine legal entitlement, certify evidence, establish employment status, guarantee a wage recovery, give regulated financial advice, monitor a deadline or replace qualified advice. Do not use it for an unreviewed decision significantly affecting a person’s legal position, work, finances or rights. We remain responsible for the contractual standard and legal duties that apply to our service.

Rights and permitted processing

You retain rights in material you submit. The limited content permission in the service terms applies. Do not submit material you are not entitled to process or unnecessary sensitive or third-party information. Do not misrepresent machine-generated text as a verified human or professional finding.

Before any real document is sent to a model supplier, the relevant notice must identify the recipient, purpose, lawful basis, sensitive-data condition where relevant, retention/training settings and transfer arrangements. No blanket model-training permission is created by uploading a payslip or reading these terms. No no-training guarantee about an unselected provider is asserted.

Allowances, errors and complaints

Planned Clarity includes ten successfully completed new payslip checks per subscription month, including within an annual subscription, with no rollover or cash value. Reopening a saved result does not consume another check, and technical failures do not count. These allowance rules are not active while analysis and payments are disabled. File size, page limits and treatment of corrections must be fixed before sale. A technical failure should not consume a paid allowance. No unapproved overage charge or unlimited compute is offered.

If an output appears wrong, compare it with source records and report the issue without sending unnecessary personal information. Correction and privacy rights remain available. Notices about machine limitations do not shift all responsibility to a consumer or waive remedies for a defective or misdescribed service.
