TRUST & LEGAL / EARNSELA

Acceptable use

Version 2026-10-31 · Legal review edition 8 · Last reviewed 31 October 2026

Beta policy review · not approved for general or paid launch. These review documents do not activate a paid plan or certify compliance. Outstanding operational checks remain.

Account and access integrity

Do not impersonate another person, share or sell an individual account, use stolen credentials or payment information, bypass tester approval or payment controls, create accounts to evade a restriction, or access another person’s records. Use the published interface and only integrations expressly offered. An ordinary export of your own records is permitted.

Authentic records and lawful submissions

Do not fabricate attendance, payslips, evidence, invoices or location data, knowingly misrepresent a corrected record as an original, or conceal provenance to deceive. Mark reconstructed entries and preserve original source documents where available. Do not use the service to conduct unlawful surveillance or make unsupported accusations about another person.

Submit only documents you are entitled to use and minimise other people’s personal information. Do not use the beta for real employee records, secrets, health or union information, criminal-offence data, bank credentials or identity documents. This is not a restriction on legally protected reporting, lawful disclosure to an adviser or use of your own evidence.

Security, resource abuse and intellectual property

Do not upload malware, disrupt service, exploit vulnerabilities, defeat permissions or billing, bulk-scrape non-public content, resell analysis capacity or use automated traffic to overwhelm resources. Do not extract protected software or models, remove brand notices or falsely claim endorsement. Statutory software exceptions and authorised security work are preserved.

Ordinary personal use within advertised limits is permitted. Technical safeguards must be proportionate. If a restriction appears to block advertised use, contact support. No undisclosed overage charge or arbitrary contractual penalty is imposed.

Reporting concerns and enforcement

Report a suspected vulnerability privately to legal@earnsela.com with minimal non-sensitive reproduction details. Do not test on others’ data or publicly expose credentials. A good-faith report is not itself misconduct. This is not a bug-bounty promise or authority to attack infrastructure.

We may investigate and restrict the affected content or function where reasonably necessary, explain the reason where lawful and safe, permit correction or appeal where appropriate, and preserve relevant records only on a justified basis. The service terms govern suspension, refunds and complaints; neither this policy nor an allegation establishes liability without evidence.
